Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte on Thursday refused to answer some of Senator Antonio Trillanes' questions during the Senate investigation on the P6.4-billion drug haul from China.
Duterte, who can be seen giggling with his brother-in-law Manases Carpio while Trillanes was asking, opted to invoke his right against self incrimination and right to privacy.

Trillanes first asked the President's son if he was willing to have his back tattoo photographed and submitted for examination to prove the latter's alleged membership in a triad.
"Kung willing itong si Vice Mayor Duterte pipicturan natin tapos papadala natin ito sa USDEA para ipa-decode," Trillanes said.
But Duterte repeatedly rejected the questions of the senator, who was persistent in convincing the president's son to have his tattoo photographed.
"Mr. Chair, ilang beses ko ba sasagutin na ayaw ko?" Duterte said.
Trillanes then went on to ask about the vice mayor's bank accounts and alleged that as of November 2015, Duterte already made P104, 282,161.65 in deposits.
Duterte again refused to answer Trillanes' questions, raising his right to privacy and the bank secrecy law.
"Mr. Chair, there is a law in the Constitution about the bank secrecy and I have the right to privacy," Duterte said.
